It was a wild and exciting August 20th in the small Quebec town of Montebello as GeorgeW. Bush, the Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and President Felipe Calderon of Mexico met in the town's exclusive Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello resort.
With a protest expected, many residents closed shop for the day and some even boarded up their businesses. The leaders were meeting at the posh resort for secretive talks regarding the "Security and Prosperity Partnership" (SPP—a Bilderberg linked initiative to merge the United States, Canada and Mexico into one entity).
A massive fence was erected around the Chateau property and police on ATVs and motorcycles were abundant. A large turnout of anti-globalist protesters showed up around noon. I was there to document the impressive caravan of buses and cars that rolled into the tranquil town, most bus occupants chanting, "George Bush go home, George Bush go home…"
The buses and cars briefly stopped in front of a field area just outside of town designated by the police as the protest grounds. Apparently, the protest in the field was to be broadcast to the leaders in the far-off chateau. Not surprisingly, the protesters were not convinced.
It started quickly. A group of ironworkers began to walk toward Montebello and the buses, cars and others on foot quickly followed their lead. They made their way past the main entrance of the chateau (which the police had said was a prohibited area) to the center of town. The buses stopped at what looked like a community center and unloaded.
The number of people gathered had to be about 2,000 —maybe more. Others continued to arrive, music started to play on a loudspeaker and the anti-SPP chants began.
Earlier in the day, I heard one of the protest leaders talking to the police. He said in no uncertain terms that they were going to march right to the entrance of the hotel—avoiding the "suggested" field (called "the pen"). So it came as no surprise after a few angry speeches that the group moved down the road toward the hotel.
It was a diverse crowd—communists, nationalists, feminists, unionists and even some Ron Paul supporters. And it was people of all ages—from young children to the elderly.
I was taking pictures and filming the march, so I neglected to see the police in full-riot gear ahead until I almost stumbled upon them. The show of force was impressive—with more troops quickly being added to the initial line—marching in military formation to the entrance area.
The police did not secure the entire entrance immediately. I think that the speed of the march had surprised them somewhat, but it did not take long for it to be cleared.
And then it got really tense. The protesters were right in the faces of the fully equipped cops (helmets with face shields, full riot shields and batons). They yelled and chanted wildly at the stoic troops. A second wave of cops behind the main line put on their gas masks and soon yet another complement of troops came—many with plastic bullet guns. A police helicopter came quite close to the area, adding to the drama. It looked like things were going to get ugly fast. However, about 1 p.m., the situation calmed and the battle lines were drawn for the day.
From 1 p.m. until about 5 there was a strange kind of street party. People danced all over town, there were circus type performers entertaining the crowd—including a man with a Bush mask and suit holding a sign saying "Send Canada to Irak" and "Buy more gaz."All of this was overshadowed by the presence of riot-police threatening chaos.
At around 5 p.m., the demonstration started to heat up again. It was a long hot day in Montebello, and tempers were flaring.
The more radical parts of the crowd (many with their own improvised shields and body armor and holding large pieces of lumber) began to throw whatever they could at the police who responded with pepper spray, tear gas and, finally, plastic bullets. The organizers called a retreat and the day was done.
Later, many media outlets claimed that there were only a couple of hundred people at the protest. Anyone stating this is a flat-out liar. The turnout was in the thousands. And the press showed up in force as well—with the result being extensive coverage of the event and the issues surrounding it. By the evening of that August day, this secret meeting was not so secret.

President Bush and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, when finally forced to face AFP-inspired questions at the three-way summit with Mexico, lied when they denied the real purpose of creating a North American Union and planning a superhighway linking the three nations. This is demonstrated by the words of their own flunkies.
Even when trying to be sarcastic, President Bush remained grim-faced, knowing they were lying. "I'm amused.... It's really quite comical," said Bush, looking very unamused. Harper made a weak attempt at wit, suggesting the superhighway would be "imterplanetary." Bush remained grim.
Befor the summit-ending press conference, officials from the three nations had been meeting in secret behind locked doors and armed guards to advance the cause of a North American Union in which there would be no borders, laws and regulations would be "harmonized" and people and goods would move freely.
A paper entitled "Negotiating North America: The Security and Prosperity Partnership" was among the documents "working groups" relied on during secret sessions. It reads: "The SPP process is the vehicle for the discussion of future arrangements for economic integration to create a single market for goods and services in North America.... The design of the SSP is innovative, eschewing the more traditional diplomatic and trade negotiation models in favor of talks among civil service professionals and subject matter experts within each government. This design places the negotiation fully within the authority of the executive branch in the U.S."
This is the rationale for the administration's claim that any agreement reached is not a "treaty" subject to Senate confirmation. Helping establish this rationale at the summit were Bilderberg and Trilateral luminaries Henry Kissinger, Richard Armitage, Zbigniew Brzezinski and Harold Brown.
The paper says that "In the context of North America, and of deepening continental integration, the management of congressional relations presents significant challenges for U.S. negotiators." This proved true as 22 congressmen wrote to Bush denouncing the summit and surrender of sovereignty, as AFP reported last week. "There is now a handful of members of Congress (concentrated for now, in the House) publicly opposed to proceeding with the SPP and determined to convene investigations and oversight into the content of the talks," the paper warns. "Congressional hostility represents the biggest threat to the continuation of the SSP after this summit and after the end of the Bush administration."
The efforts to laugh of the superhighway are futile. It was cited By Rep. Duncan Hunter (R- Calif.) on July 24, when his amendment to the transportation bill prohibiting use of tax dollars on SSP's "working groups" passed 362-63.
"We have right now in Texas a project that is underway, a massive project to build a 12-lane highway heading north, presumably funded largely by private funds, which will head north toward Oklahoma," Hunter told the House. "And the understanding that I have, looking at the statements which have been made by the Security and Prosperity Partnership, is that this is part of an overall plan to develop a corridor between Mexico and Canada transiting the U.S."
"America's ambassador to Canada, Paul Cellucci, has suggested
the borders between Canada, the United States and Mexico be dismantled
with the aim of achieving a more fully integrated economy,"
said bob Barker, founder Veterans for Secure borders. "America's
fighting men have served our country in order to preserve its
sovereignty - not some borderless mishmash, some elitist pipe
dream."

A group of lawyers from western Massachusetts met recently with Rep. John Olver (D-Mass.) and asked his help in efforts to impeach President Bush and Vice President Cheney. Olver said he had no intention of supporting impeachment. Olver said the United States would soon attack Iran, and that these hostilities would be followed by the imposition of a martial law regime here.
The British press reports that Cheney warmongers have gained the upper hand in the secret councils of the White House, pushing aside the doubts of Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Defense Secretary Robert Gates and NATO allies to chart a direct course toward war with Iran.
The balance in the internal White House debate over Iran has shifted back in favor of military action before Bush leaves office in 18 months.
Although the Bush administration is in deep trouble over Iraq, it remains focused on Iran. A well placed source in Washington said: "Bush is not going to leave office with Iran still in limbo."
At a meeting of the White House, Pentagon and State Department leaders, Cheney expressed frustration at the lack of progress, and Bush sided with him. "The balance has tilted. There is cause for concern," a source said.
"Cheney has limited capital left, but if he wanted to use all his capital on this one issue, he could still have an impact," said Patrick Cronin, director of studies at the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
Deluded supporters of the Democratic Party may soon have to throw away their countdown clocks, those self-consoling little devices that remind them of how much time remains until noon on Jan. 20, 2009, the moment when bush is to leave office. These countdown clocks make no provision for the Cheney doctrine, which calls for a new super 9-11 with weapons of mass destruction in the U.S., to be used as the pretext for a nuclear attack on Iran and for martial at home.
The desperate demagogues of the Republican Party are facing disaster at the polls in November 2008. We wonder if the strategic geniuses directing all this know that no bombing attack has ever won a battle. "Democracy" works so well, you see, that we have to force it on other countries.

European leaders shake their heads with disbelief at the takeover of America by a small country, Israel. Maybe they don't know that millions of Israeli agent (called "sayan" by Victor Ostrovsky, former Mossad agent) infest America at every level.
The leaders of Russia and China are probably saying unaccustomed prayers that Bush will attack Iran. They will benefit immeasurably and inherit what influence and markets America now has.
An American attack on Iran would set in concrete the end of American worldwide influence. The downfall of the dollar would likely be one result, bringing with it hyperinflation here.
Politically, the Republicans would suffer even worse that they
are now, bringing the sad crop of Democratic hopefuls to the fore.
Could a real leader, truly dedicated to the future of America,
arise from this political mess? That would be the only hope.

Even as the Heads of State from the United States, Canada and Mexico were gathering for their secret meeting in Ottawa, 21 House republicans and one Democrat lifted their voices in opposition to the effort to surrender national sovereignty. "We want you to be aware of serious and growing concerns about the so-called Security and Prosperity Partnership (SSP)," the congressmen said in a letter to President Bush.
Rep. Chris Cannon (R-Utah), who did not sign the letter, said he has heard questions and complaints from many voters about how the three-party talks could undermine U.S. sovereignty. "Any time you're talking with another country about how you do things, by nature you're giving up sovereignty," Cannon told The Washington Times. Cannon said the talks should be open, with Congress participating."If we're going to enter into agreements, they ought to be part of a ratifiable process," Cannon said. "You want the senate involved in ratifying them." The Bush administration maintains these are "agreements," not treaties subject to ratification.
"We urge you to bring to the Congress whatever provisions have already been agreed upon and those now being pursued,"said the congressional letter to Bush.
The SSP "appears to cast aside America's sovereignty and takes another step toward combining the United States, Mexico and Canada into a single EU-style North American superstate," Rep. Walter Jones (R-N.S.) told a Washington press conference aug. 20. the constitution Jones said, "explicitly states that Congress - not the executive branch - has the power to ‘regulate commerce with foreign nations.' also, many SPP working group meetings are held in secret, and the public, the press and members of Congress have no opportunity to participate or conduct oversight."
Jones is an original co-sponsor of a House resolution (H Con. Res. 40) that says the United states should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System or enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada.
"Since NAFTA was approved, the United States has lost
3.1 million manufacturing jobs," Jones said. "More that
10,000 illegal aliens now stream across our southern border every
week. The U.S. does not need its government equalizing standards
and regulations that will result in more American jobs going to
Mexico and more illegal aliens coming to America."

It has been almost seven years since the Florida fiasco in the 2000 presidential election, yet Congress remains in a state of raging inertia, a hotbed of apathy. Congress should approve pending legislation, (S1487 in the Senate and HR 811 in the House), that would mandate paper-trail ballots in all federal elections.
Under the 10th Amendment, Congress
has power to impose this on all federal elections. As a practical
matter, the states, for their own convenience if nothing else,
would apply the mandate to local elections, too. Congressional
sources say the reform is likely to pass in the House but Senate
approval is uncertain. Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-Calif.) told Congressional
Quarterly the bill needs more time because "mandating
that all states have voter-verified paper records and audits of
these records for the 2008 election could be an invitation to
chaos."
If Congress can't fix this after seven years, what can it fix? Ironically, Mrs. Feinstein's state of California is one of the few that has paper-trail ballots, which have been recommended by American Free Press since its inception in 2001.
But blame lies with the states, too. In 2002, Congress passed the Help Americans Vote Act, which provided big bucks to the states so they could buy new machines. But little has been done.
For years, it has been documented that computer experts, whether employees of voting machines purchased by the state or outsiders, can rig votes and steal elections. The "experts" who say this will not happen are employees who work for companies supplying the voting machines.
The best paper-trail system is when the voter gets a numbered receipt after casting his ballot, It remains a secret ballot. But the voter can then check his numbered ballot against publicly posted returns and determine if his vote was properly recorded.
There is no such thing as a lily-white election, but they can be much less bad. In 1960, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover impounded ballot boxes in Cook County (Chicago) and checked on votes in Texas. The day after the extremely close election, won by Sen. John Kennedy (D-Mass.), Hoover told Congress Vice President Richard Nixon would have won but for the "stuffed ballot boxes" in Illinois and the votes of "dead Mexicans" in Texas.
Nevertheless, there was much less doubt about virtue of elections in the paper-ballot days. Sure, it took longer to know the outcomes in elections even when they were not so close. For example, New York Gov. Tom Dewey, the Republican nominee, did not concede the 1948 election to President Harry Truman until late the following morning. But there was no doubt Truman won. And it made election night more fun than when computers announced winners minutes after the polls closed.
These "early calls" were another problem in 2000. Moments after the polls closed on Florida's east side, stupid broadcasters (pardon the redundancy) "called" the election for Vice President Al Gore. Broadcasters were ignorant of the fact that parts of the western side of Florida were on Central Time and polls would remain open another hour.
Voters told of planning to vote for George Bush in the evening
after work, many of whom had to arrange to leave their jobs early
for that purpose. On hearing that Gore had already "won"
Florida, they went straight home without casting ballots. Under
the Firs amendment, broadcasters cannot be gagged. But Paper ballots
would have denied them the opportunity of making fools of themselves
to the detriment of the democratic process.

The Harvard-educated civil rights litigator who's seeking a major change in New York city government to investigate 9-11 is using a new approach to get enough signatures for a ballot initiative that would enable voters to decide whether to create a citywide attorney general.
Attorney Carl Person told American Free Press that the matter is now being pursued under New York state statute instead of the original idea of proceeding under city charter provisions. This means that the petition circulators, including Person's assistant, activist Christopher Strunk, initially need to gather only 30,000 valid signatures of registered city voters - instead of a minimum of 50,000. The former deadline of 120 days to gather signatures no longer applies.
"We have as much time as we want," Person told AFP.
Strunk says it has not been easy. While some signatures have been gathered, it's been tough because New York-area media, unjustifiably sold on the Official 9-11 Commission whitewash of what really happened on 9-11, is shoeing little interest. So it's been tough to get people to understand the importance of this plan. AFP is reporting this exclusively.
AFP's first report on this matter in early May noted that the clock began ticking for that deadline around May 8, 2007. But the initiative was reworked as Person and Strunk researched the matter and found it could be pursued in a way that seems more likely to succeed.
The 51-member New York City Council will get a chance to vote on this New York City attorney general proposal, which could negate the need for a citywide election. Once the signatures are gathered, the petitions eill be forwarded to the Board of Elections and then to the City Council. The council, which has the power to enact a city statute to create a new York citywide attorney general, would have 60 days to accept or reject the proposal.
If the council rejects it, promoters must gather 15,000 more valid signatures to get the matter on the ballot. Person and Strunk said they want to get the proposal on either the 2007 or 2008 general election ballot, if the council does not enact it by statute. This year is preferred over 2008.
Person, who noted that perusing the truth about 9-11 would not be the only function of the new attorney general, said a "hook" for the council is the potential of the new AG bringing in lots of new revenue through antitrust lawsuits. So, the elected council members, he reasons, might give this matter serious consideration.
"I think they would be very interested if we can add about three to five billion dollars of unrestricted revenue a year for the," he said. "There is widespread awareness that the events of 9-11 were never adequately investigated."

"Loose Change II" documentary film producer Korey Rowe, a former U.S. Army soldier in the current Mideast occupations, reportedly remains in custody at Fort Campbell, Ky., amid allegations of desertion, even though one of his film-making partners understands that Rowe had "DD Form 214" papers to prove he was discharged and not a deserter.
As AFP recently reported, Rowe was arrested at a New York state residence by local police and held in the Otsego County jail until he was picked up by Army authorities with a military warrant, fueling speculation that he is a political prisoner for his 9-11 beliefs.
Undeterred, Rowe's colleagues in the 9-11 truth movement are continuing their quest to show hard facts, penetrating interviews and realistic scenarios surrounding the events of 9-11-01. "Loose Change II" is an impressive assembly of fact and insights that make the government's official 9-11 story patently absurd.
Jason Bermas, one of Rowe's partners in producing the film, in an effort to show the 9-11 attacks were essentially an inside job, told AFP Aug. 22 that the next documentary, Loose Change: The Final Cut, is nearing completion. About 90% of the film will be shown at a special New York city screening that is among many public awareness events taking place in the Big Apple Sept. 7 through Sept. 11.
Bermas said securing the venue to show the incomplete version of the new film and buying T-shirts has cost $40,000. "The maximum the place can hold is 3,000 - we're hoping to attract people," he told AFP, adding that organizers plan to recover their investment and give excess proceeds to 9-11 first responders.
Bermas said the master of the Final Cut should be cone in mid-October; thus the 100%-completed film is slated for a November theater release. "It's a totally different," he said, noting that it includes new interviews with key people who were inside the World trade Center 7 building around the time that it collapsed into it own footprint in under seven seconds.
Not convinced Rowe is a political prisoner, Bermas said he
heard from him by phone. He's not sure when Rowe will be released.
As for Rowe's DD-214 papers, Bermas said that as far as he knows.
Rowe gave them to the Army.

A huge downside purchase of "put" options by an unknown investor or conglomerate in Europe has both investors and NWO watchers abuzz worldwide. Someone has placed a $4.5 billion bet that within 30 days the European stock market will take at least a 33% nosedive. Such an event would be tantamount to the market crash of 1929.
The two sales are being referred to by market traders as "bin Laden trades" because only an event on the scale of the 9-11 "terrorist" attacks could make these short-sell "put" options valuable.( A "put" option is a bet that a stock will go down. A "call" option is a bet it will go up.)
There are 65,000 pending contracts at $750 in the Standard and Poor Index. This controls 6.5 million shares at $750 or $4.875 billion. The entity or individual offering these sales can make money only if the market drops 30%-50% within 30 days. If the market does not drop, the entity or individual involved stands to lose about $1 billion just for engaging in these contracts. On the other hand, if the prediction is correct, the reward could be over $2 billion.
"The fact that the purchase was made in the European market is insignificant," said one speculator with decades of experience, "because it could have been done by bank transfer from anywhere in the world. What concerns us is what kind of inside information could this group or individual have. It would have to have far deeper roots than just `insider trader' knowledge."
Two theories are being discussed widely within the stock and options markets regarding this enormous and very unusual activity:
A massive terrorist attack is going to take place before September. 21 which will torpedo the markets along with whatever other target is hit or, China, reeling over losing $10 billion in bad loans to the sub-prime mortgage collapse presently taking place, is going to dump U.S. currency in an attempt to topple all of capitalism with a communist financial revolution. Either situation could be catastrophic to the financial world.
The 9-11 attacks were foreshadowed by "put" options
placed onAmerican and UnitedAirlines, as reported in the immediate
aftermath. According to CBS News, the put ratio for United Airlines
was 25 times above normal on
September 6.
In the week before September 11, "put" options in United and American Airlines went through a furious and unprecedented spasm of investment. Most of the investments in these put options originated in Germany through the Deutsche Bank. Deutsche Bank had earlier acquired Banker's Trust, an investment banking firm whose vice chairman in charge of "private client relations" in the late 1990s was A. B. "Buzzy" Krongard.
In March of 2001, Krongard was appointed executive director of the CIA. On September 6-7, when there was no significant news or stock price movement involving United, the Chicago exchange handled 4,744 "put" options for UAL stock, compared with just 396 call options—essentially bets that the price will rise.When the market re-opened on Sept. 17, 2001, American and United, the only two airlines with hijacked planes, saw their stocks plummet by around 40%.
What becomes particularly relevant in the lead-up to 9-11 is the August CIA briefing of President Bush concerning the potential threat of attacks by bin Laden using hijacked planes on certain sites, such as the Pentagon and World Trade Center, and the fact that the CIA had bugging equipment on bin Laden messages and international banking operations. Although apparently no one has claimed the money from the "put" options, questions remain about Krongard and the CIA's involvement.
"Put" options on Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, two of the World Trade Center's most prominent occupants, also spiked in the days before 9-11. The 9-11 Investigation Committee made no attempt to pursue this highly sensitive matter. The SEC never made public who these speculators were.

President Bush used an old sneaky trick in trying to allow Mexican trucks to roam the country at large, despite objections by Congress. He picked a Friday, Aug. 17, with Congress out of town to have the Transportation department announce in the Federal Register (not everybody's a daily subscriber) that the administration wold proceed with a pilot project to allow 100 Mexican carriers to operate throughout the United States for a year. Each carrier would turn loose many truck on U.S. roads.
The timing meant that half of adult Americans who read no newspaper and get their information only from the idiot box would be completely ignorant of Bush's treachery. Newspaper readers would have to check closely and still many would find nothing on the subject.
But the intended effect is for Americans to be unaware that Bush is proceeding with his plan to let Mexican trucks prowl the roads. Thus, Americans would not be bombing Congress with calls, email and snail mail to protest bush's action and demand that the senate act on legislation that has already passed the House. In May, the House approved 411-3 legislation to place a series of limitations on Mexican trucks and drivers, intended to block the administration's plan indefinitely.
The Safe American Road Act was sponsored by Rep. Nancy Boyda (D-Kan.) Ten of the 52 co-sponsors were Republicans. It is languishing before the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee (1-202-224-0411).
"We're going to have a major accident somewhere and people are going to say, ‘How did this happen?'" said Rep Bob Filner (D-Calif.) just before the May 14 House vote.
Even aside from the "integration" step this would be, Mexican trucks are dangerous. They are not checked for such basic safety requirements as functioning brakes and tires with tread. American truckers are limited in the number of hours they can drive without rest. Mexicans are not, and often drive when dangerously tired because they are so low-paid they want to get in as many miles as possible.
Ironically, bush was about to jump on Air Force One and fly
to Canada to push for the North American Union with no borders
between this country, Mexico and Canada when the "keep ‘em
truckin" order came. The summit would also try to advance
a superhighway running from Mexico through the United States and
into Canada. Of course, Bush and the other leaders lied and denied
such ambitions.

Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex.) is gaining steam in his presidential campaign and the establishment is preparing to stop him at any cost. His fund-raising statistics reveal a blossoming, Internet-based movement that is uniting libertarians and other concerned citizens from across the political spectrum. His performance in the media has been sharp. And his organization is honing its message. But if Paul remains a viable candidate, he faces a set f obstacles unlike any other.
When evaluating his chances, it's important to understand contemporary America: This is not a democracy and not a constitutional republic. America is a carefully concealed oligarchy. A few thousand people, mostly in government, finance, and the military-industrial complex, run this country for their own purposes. By manipulating the two-party system, influencing the mainstream media, and controlling the flow of campaign finance money, this oligarchy works to secure the nomination of its preferred candidates (Democratic and Republican alike), thus giving voters a "choice" between Puppet A and Marionette B.
Unlike the establishment's candidates, Paul is a freelancer running on specific ideas. The federal government must function within the strict guidelines of the Constitution, should deconstruct its empire, withdraw troops from around the world, reestablish a foreign policy based on noninterventionism, abolish the Federal Reserve Bank, eliminate fiat currency and return to hard money.
This is not a political agenda or party platform. It is a revolution. The entire ruling oligarchy would be swept away if these ideas were implemented. Every sentence, every word, every jot and tittle of this agenda is unacceptable, repellent and hateful to America's ruling elite.
The reasons for this are obvious. Through its control of the Federal Reserve, the banking elite makes billions of dollars in unearned profits and exerts enormous influence over the American economy. Countless industries and special interest groups (both foreign and domestic) have sprung up around our so-called defense and national security budgets. The bureaucratic elites who dominate the federal government despise the Constitution's limitations on their power and view the document as just an archaic "piece of paper."
They will not "walk away" if Paul is elected president. When its authority over the Southern states was challenged in the 19th century, the oligarchy suspended the Constitution and launched a bloody war that killed three quarters of a million people. They arrested newspaper editors, deported antiwar congressmen, and burned down American cities.
A century later, the oligarchy nuked two Japanese cities, killing thousands of civilians in the twinkling of an eye. When its marginal interests were threatened in Southeast Asia, the oligarchy launched a devastating war that killed over a million people and left the region marinating in toxic defoliating chemicals.
To further its interest in the Middle East, the oligarchy slapped horrific sanctions on Iraq that so far have killed 250,000 children (and then trotted out Madeleine Albright - one of Clinton's blood-stained trolls - to smugly declare that the deaths were "worth it"). If the oligarchy would behave this way to protect its often marginal interests, what would it do to stop a devastating assault on its very existence?
The attack on Paul will begin in earnest when it appears he has an even remote possibility of winning. It will follow a fairly predictable path:
the first step is already in play. The establishment will start by simply ignoring him, by using its power in the mainstream media and their influence over campaign donors. It will try excluding him from debates.
This strategy is already failing. The Internet and talk radio are outside the elite's direct control and are being used effectively by Paul to "get the message out." The establishment will generate ridicule and fear mongering. Paul's ideas will be grotesquely distorted in establishment media "hit pieces." They'll say he wants to permit heroin use in public schools, or that he wants old people to die in the streets without their Social security checks, or that he wants to allow greedy industrialists to dump toxic waste into your drinking water.
The next arrow in the oligarchy's quiver will be scandal - real or fabricated. Usually, this takes the form of pictures, bulling records, etc. involving financial or sexual hi-jinks. For these folds, it would be child's play to implicate him in some sort of phony ethical, moral, or financial skullduggery (doctored pictures, sordid media accounts from "eyewitnesses," etc.).
If Paul somehow survives this assault, the oligarchy will move on to the criminal justice system. On some fine day, a stretch limo will pull up to the Capitol Building and one of the establishment's hit men (Jim Baker or maybe Vernon Jordan) will ooze into Paul's office for a "chat."
Maybe Paul forgot to fill out Form X109/23W on his 1997 income tax return? Or drained a mud puddle when he built his new house that could be classified as a "wetland"? Or maybe a close relative is in hot water with OSHA/FDA/IRS/you-name-it (federal prosecutors love to go after relatives in order to gain "leverage"). Paul's sentence could be lessened if he agreed to drop his candidacy as part of a "plea bargain."
Ayn Rand once stated that the hallmark of authoritarian systems is the creation of innumerable, incomprehensible laws. Such systems make everyone an un-indicted felon and allow for the exercise of arbitrary government power via selctive prosecution.
If all this failed and if Paul remained a threat to win the presidency, the establishment may decide to let him take office and then use their considerable influence to ensure his presidency ended in failure - mostly through their control of Congress, the federal bureaucracy and the mainstream media.
The oligarchy's problem with this strategy is that it entails considerable risk. As president, Paul could use the powers of the office to inflict untold damage to the imperial structure (especially if he chose to withdraw American troops stationed overseas). Worse, he could appoint anti-tyranny "ideologues" to a variety of positions in the federal government.
The damage to the oligarchies could take decades to undo.

For 2,000 years - beginning with Jesus Christ and continuing today, lovers of freedom have been warning the world about a dangerous group of religious fanatics hell-bent upon enslaving mankind to a world order of apocalyptic horror. Now, these fanatics have clawed their way into positions of power necessary to bring this nightmare to fruition and are becoming careless with what they say and do.
As Iraq and Afghanistan continue to fester and as Iran remains defiant in the face of the two-headed American/Israeli hydra, those pushing Armageddon are becoming increasingly dangerous, irrational and unpredictable. Intellectually paralyzed with hypocrisy and double-mindedness, they hide the true nature of their totalitarian agenda with lofty talk of bringing freedom to the peoples of Iraq, Afghanistan and Iran, when what they are truly out to accomplish is the destruction of freedom everywhere, and especially in what used to be the bastion of freedom, the United States.
A recent case in point is Familysecuritymatters.org, the website of the Family security Foundation, joined at the hip with the infamous Center for Security Policy headed by arch neo-con/Jewish supremacist Frank Gaffney, regular spokesman on Rupert Murdoch's Fox News and for all things Zionist. Cut from the same cloth as Zionist shill Joseph Farah's worldNetDaily, Family security Matters dresses itself up as an America-first conservative-minded political group dealing with a wide range of issues. Navigation to the home page of the Family Security Matters website, the unsuspecting American (concerned with the ever-rising atmosphere of danger enveloping his country) is greeted with images, themes and phrases meant to evoke certain emotions that are exploitable for the agenda at hand.
A quick study, however, reveals that what this site is dedicated to bringing about is the nightmare of total war for Israel's benefit.
Contributing columnists include infamous war hawks for Israel such as Daniel Pipes, Steve Emerson, Michelle Malkin, Christian Xionist evangelist Geoff Metcalf, ben Shapiro, Jeff Emanuel and supporters no less in stature than Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, Newt Gingrich, and former CIA director James Woolsey.
In short, it is a meeting ground of sorts for some of the most important personages responsible for dragging America into the present war in the Middle east.
It hosts all the predictable articles dealing with all the typical topics to which Americans have been subjected since 9-11, such as "jihad," Islamo-fascism" and "dirty bombs" to frighten Americans into sending their own sons to the Middle East to fight and die for Israel.
Now that their war is not going as well as they had hoped and that hostilities against Iran are not moving ahead as quickly as they might like, the website recently published an "exclusive" piece by one Philip Atkinson entitled "Conquering the Drawbacks of Democracy" that paints a frightening picture of the truly totalitarian nature of Zionist thinking. In addition to spewing all the old lies used to convince Americans into going to war against Iraq such as Saddam Hussein's involvement in 9-11 and the whole WMD business, this "must read" (as it is described on the website) also offers a remedy for "fixing" the current problem George Bush faces with an American public growing increasingly antagonistic toward the war. The writer- with the full support of the important persons previously listed - has the following to say:
The wisest course would have been for President Bush to use his nuclear weapons to slaughter Iraqis until they complied with his demands, or until they were all dead.... The simple truth is that modern weapons now mean a nation must practice genocide or commit suicide. Israel provides the perfect example. If the Israelis do not raze Iran, the Iranians will fulfill their boast and wipe Israel off the face of the Earth.
Speaking to the fact that Bush's unpopularity hinders him from being able to "Git ‘er done," the writer offers this solution:
When the Roman general Julius Caesar was struggling to conquer ancient Gaul, he not only had to defeat the Gauls, but he also had to defeat his political enemies in Rome who would destroy him the moment his tenure as consul ended. Caesar pacified Gaul by mass slaughter; he then used his successful army to crush all political opposition at home and establish himself as permanent fuler of ancient Rome.
This brilliant action not only ended the personal threat to Caesar, but ended the civil chaos that was threatening anarchy in Rome - thus marking the start of the Roman Empire that gave peace and prosperity to the known world. Bush could follow Caesar's example and wield military power to become the first permanent president of America and end the civil chaos caused by the continually squabbling Congress and the out-of-control Supreme Court.
President Bush can fail in his duty to himself, his country, and his God, by becoming "ex-President" Bush or he can become "President-for-life." Bush: the conqueror of Iraq, who brings sense to the Congress and sanity to the Supreme Court. Then who would be able to stop Bush from emulating Augustus caesar and becoming ruler of the world? For only an America united under one ruler has the power to save humanity from the threat of a new dark age wrought by terrorists armed with nuclear weapons.
This website (billing itself as the standard bearer of patriotism and which castigates those opposed to the war as "traitors" and "terrorist sympathizers") is advocation that we scrap our present system of government that has functioned reasonably well for over 200 years and replace it with a system based upon that of the old Soviet Union.
The article caused a controversy on the Internet as anti-war activists all over the world used this a prime facie evidence validating what has been said about these people for the last 2,000 years: this dangerous group of religious fanatics want to make war and destroy freedom. Familysecuritymatters.org, realizing that the piece was a bit too frank, quickly yanked it off the website and has since maintained a campaign of silence in dealing with it.
Were this the only warning sign of the madness that fills their
minds and dictates their actions, it might not be cause for so
much alarm. But this is no isolated case. The writer has given
voice to the sentiments of his fellow travelers. The men responsible
for this piece being published possess fantastic power. They have
the ear of the American people. In recent weeks, other such utterances
have also slipped past the censors, such as Rep. Tom Tancredo's
promise to nuke Muslim holy sites if elected president and the
op-ed piece in a major Philadelphia newspaper saying America "needs
another 9-11." Other footprints include the Patriot Act,
the suspension of habeas corpus, the use of torture and
the idea of ceaseless, pre-emptive war.

NEW YORK - Trials aimed at determining what really transpired in the "terrorist attacks" of 9-11 are finally in sight and victims bringing the action are getting unexpected help from the major airlines involved.
Ellen Mariani, widowed when her husband Neil died in United airlines flight 175's fiery crash into the world Trade center south tower, wants the truth to be aired. She will get her day in court as part of a lawsuit by six survivors of 9-11 victims. The case may go to trial Sept. 4 in U.S. District Court in lower Manhattan, the court indicated in a hearing Aug. 30. The aviation entities that until this point had been defendants have become plaintiffs, which could put unprecedented pressure on the federal government.
AFP has learned that 18 companies, including American Airlines Inc., Continental Airlines, Airtran Airlines, the Boeing Company, Globe Airport Security services and others, filed a complaint Aug. 7 to ask that the FBI and CIA be deposed to disclose information about the government's actions and knowledge about 9-11 - in part because these entities do not want to be blamed for 9-11, according to Carl Person, a Harvard educated litigator who provided objective observations. He does not represent anyone involved in these lawsuits.
Person said this means that the 18 plaintiffs, representing perhaps 5% of the U.S. economy, are determined to show they are not liable for national security failures on 9-11. Their "united front" could help.
"They're defending themselves, but in doing that, they have the clout to go in and do something that the average person cannot do," Person said. The information gleaned from dispositions from CIA and FBI personnel could eventually benefit the survivors of victims, he said, adding that since the lawsuits on behalf of the victims survived this long, the airlines now have to defend themselves and will place he burden where many would say it belongs - on the federal government.
"Instead of denying allegations as defendants, they're now making them as plaintiffs," Person said of the "aviation parties," as they're described in court papers.
The pre-trial conferences held over the last few months involved plaintiffs who refused to be bribed into silence by "the hush fund," known as the 2001 Victim Compensation Fund that has doled out more than $7 billion in tax dollars to most of the survivors of those killed or seriously injured.
Those who took the money had to forgo filing suit against the
government; those who did not understood they were "free"
to file suit. But the process has been glacially slow.

Larry Johnson, former director of operations with the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, recently spoke with American Free Press concerning the suspicious transport of six nuclear weapons from Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota to the B-52 base in Barksdale, La. Here is how The Military Times described the incident:
A B-52 bomber mistakenly loaded with five nuclear warheads flew from Minot Air Force Base, N.D., to BarksdaleAir Force Base, La., on Aug. 30, resulting in an Air Force-wide investigation, according to three officers who asked not to be identified. The B-52 was loaded with Advanced Cruise Missiles, part of a Defense Department effort to decommission 400 of the ACMs. The nuclear warheads should have been removed at Minot before being transported to Barksdale, the officers said.
The missiles were mounted onto the pylons of the bomber's wings. In subsequent news reports the number of missing nukes was upgraded from five to six. Transporting live nuclear weapons via bombers (such as the B-52 that was used) has been prohibited by the government for safety reasons. They are supposed to be carried on specially designed transports.
However, Johnson spoke candidly to AFP. According to his sources, this may be part of a covert plan to use nukes to strike Iran. Johnson pointed out that Barksdale AFB is the jumping-off point for Middle East Operations, in particular for any long-range B-52 bombing missions.
Nuclear weapons are not easily mistaken for conventional warheads and the protocol involved in handling these weapons is extremely strict and stringent so as to preclude the possibility of any mistakes.
The six nuclear weapons were transported to Barksdale with the intention of sending them toward Iran rather than to an Air Force base in Texas where—according to the military—they were to be "decommissioned," Johnson's sources believe. It is now being speculated that the news has been leaked by unnamed U.S. officers because they were trying to prevent Armageddon.
Asked if he believed the current war as well as any future war with Iran was due to the power of the Israeli lobby, Johnson's answer was a small chortle and "oh, yeah." Johnson's views were independently echoed to another AFP reporter by a career Navy officer during a conversation which occurred in Locust Grove. Va..

If it were only happening in another place and time it would be so easy to see through. The son of a national leader relies on his father's political cronies, who ensure that he inherits his father's political cronies, who ensure that he inherits his father's position and power. It's a story that has happened throughout history, whether in times of monarchy or of democracy. He promises a benign, faithful reign.
Unknown to the people, though, he and his cronies have already committed the nation to an unending world war to control Middle East oil resources and to advance Israel's regional policies. All it would take, they have written, is a sudden terrifying attack, a "New Pearl Harbor," to rouse the people of the United States for the Middle East wer needed to bring about a "New American Century."
The much-desired attack was carried out on 9-11-01, within a year of the new leader's elevation to power. The media helped him and his cronies tell the people what happened: "Middle Eastern terrorists have treacherously attacked us because they hate America and Israel. The same terrorists intend to attack us again, probably with nukes.
It's not a matter of if they will attack, but when. Terrorists are everywhere, and we must have a Homeland Security agency. We must have a powerful unitary executive and an enabling Patriot Act. We must fight wars of self-defense to liberate Afghanistan and Iraq."
It all worked like a charm. After 9-11, none out of ten Americans approved of him, and two out of three still approved of him when he attacked Iraq on 3/19/03.
Five years later, though, his wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are unmitigated fiascoes. His ends and means are becoming the matter of national opposition and investigation. His media, which sold us his Global War on Terror, is discredited. Key members of his formerly unified Republican party are defecting. A few bold mainstream pundits are calling his "unitary executive" approach to ruling our democracy "Bush dictatorship" and "King George's monarchy." They have even begun to call for his impeachment.
His standing with the people is worse yet. Three quarters disapprove of him and his congressional collaborators. Three quarters want us out of his Iraq fiasco. Half believe that he ordered or allowed 9-11 to happen. Half want him and his henchman Cheney impeached.
Desperate situations require dire remedies. Bush cronies have lately been saying that what this nation needs is another 9-11 attack, preferably nuclear and mass-casualty -producing to get back in line with Bush. This long-promised "9-11-2B" attack would vindicate him for everything he has already done, and empower him for everything he must still do to continue with the New American Century war plan. Coincidentally, nuking of an American city is just what the Homeland Security Agency and national military forces have been practicing regularly in recent years.
This spring, on 5/9/07, Bush signed National Security Presidential Directive 51, which allows him and his Homeland security Agency to establish a dictatorship in the event of a national catastrophe.
More recently, on 7/10/07, Homeland security Agency Director Michael Chertoff told the Chicago Tribune that he had a "gut feeling" that al Qaeda would attack us this summer. The next day, on 7/11/07, a leaked National Intelligence Estimate affirmed Chertoff's gut feeling by announcing that al Qaeda is rested and ready to hit us again with a 9-11 attack.
Reliable Bush sirens Condi Rice and Judith Miller made the
rounds with obliging TV talking heads, discussing the enormity
and inevitability of another 9-11. On 7/20/07 ABC News presented
articles carrying an official 9-11 worst-case scenario: a nuked
Sears Tower - or something equally catastrophic in another American
city.

When it comes to well-placed fears over widespread errors, civil liberties abuses and injustices involving tens of thousands of innocent Americans whose names have been indelibly added to huge federal "terror watch lists," the mainstream media is on the jobs.
Yet that concern evaporates when the Washington-based media enthusiastically reports those very same lists will be used to bar suspected "terrorists" from buying guns under legislation introduced by Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.). In their coverage of S. 1237, there is never a hint about deeply flawed, inaccurate lists, about the impossibility of ever getting off those lists or about the abuses by federal bureaucrats who manage the lists.
But in truth, Lautenberg's bill is not centered on "no-fly lists," or "terror watch lists." It's far worse than that. Lautenberg's S. 1237 isn't about just barring jun sales to terrorists." It is about giving a future attorney general of the United States - think, a Hillary Clinton administration - power to declare anyone to be a "proohibited person" on a par with a convicted felon or fugitive from justice, all done in total secrecy. The criteria for this edict - making continued gon owner ship a federal felony - will be based upon some faceless bureaucrat deciding a person is "appropriately suspected" of some link to terror.
Easily, the worst part of this secret "star chamber" proposal to take away an individual's Second Amendment rights through a top-secret declaration is the language that makes it impossible for anyone to mount a defense.
"...Any information which the attorney general relied on for this determination may be withheld from the applicant if the attorney general determines that disclosure of the information would likely compromise national security.
You won't see that actual language from the legislation quoted in the gun-ban national media. They don't want the American people to know what this legislation really does.
And what it does is violate the Constitution of the United States - not just the Second Amendment. The fifth Amendment to the Constitution says, in part, "No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law..." Yet this is exactly what Lautenberg and his gun ban axis would do.
Again, let me repeat what this legislation actually does. Lautenberg's S.1237 gives the U.S. Attorney general total discretionary power to make firearm possession or ammunition possession a felony for any individual American by a simple, secret stroke of the pen, with no due process whatsoever.
No due process. Deprived of liberty. Certainly. Deprived of property. Certainly.
Then there is the Sixth Amendment:
"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense."
The inalienable right "to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him..."
Again, let me repeat the actual language of Lautenberg's S. 1237;
"...Any information which the attorney general relied on for this determination may be withheld from the applicant if the attorney general determines that disclosure of the information would likely compromise national security," that language is an affront to the Constitution, and it should be an affront to the media as well.
That's not how the Constitution works. If someone is a legitimate threat to America, they shouldn't be on the street in the first place. They should be facing charges in our criminal justice system. I suspect that many reporters and editors in far corners of this nation have become victim to either lazy reporting origination in Washington, or bias at those same gun ban media outlets. What has appeared in newspapers and broadcasts is boilerplate that has not gone beyond the false claims issued in the Lautenberg press release. I believe that if many local reporters and editorial boards actually knew what this legislation does, they would be horrified. If the right to keep and bear arms (Second amendment) or the Fifth and Sixth Amendments can be suspended with a bureaucrat's edict, then so can the First Amendment.
Copy this column. Given it to your local editors, and ask them to pull down the actual wording of Lautenberg's tyrannical legislation from the Internet. Then ask them to read the Bill of Rights. If they are honest, they will understand the terrible dangers this presents to all our liberties.
At the same time, write, email and call your U.S. senators and representatives. Tell them to vote against this legislation in any form, as a stand-alone bill or as an amendment to other legislation. Or innocent people are going to be caught up in a nightmare from which there is no escape - our constitutional lifeline will have been forever severed.

The Sunday Telegraph of London reports that Cabinet Minister Ed Balls spent thousands of pounds of taxpayers' money attending a private meeting of one of the world's most powerful and secretive orgainzations.... Mr.Balls, widely regarded as Prime Minister Gordon brown's closest advisor," attended the "four-day conference of the shadowy Bilderberg group.... The cost of the trip in air fares, and hotel bills and expenses is estimated at up to 5,000 pounds," the newspaper reported.
"A Treasury spokesman said Mr. Balls had attended ‘in his capacity as a minister' and confirmed that all expenses had been met with public funds," the paper said. "Balls's attendance had been uncovered by Norman Baker, a Lib-Dem member of Parliament, who said: "It's difficult to see why the public should pay for this. Mr. Balls was not representing the government. He was representing himself. He should be open and accountable to MPs who ask about it.
While the bilderberg blackout remains at 100% (except for AFP)
in the United States, the European media is now aggressively pursuing
the secret leaders of the world.

The United States has the most expensive health care in the world and close to the lowest quality according to the World Health Organization. Health care costs $2.1 trillion, $7,000 per person and 17% of the gross national product each year. It is bankrupting individuals, businesses, and federal and state governments.
The cause is a plethora of laws crafted to empower a medical monopoly which has successfully prevented effective competition for almost 100 years. The 1910 Flexner report started the process and caused many medical schools to close.
The American Medical Association initiated laws which gave it control of medical schools, hospitals and individual physicians, financing its activities with advertising income generated by its Journal of the American Medical Association. A substantial part of this income was supplied by the pharmaceutical industry. At present the Industry also subsidizes its regulator, the Food and Drug Administration, with millions of dollars a year for drug testing and spends about $100 million a year on lobbyists and campaign contributions. In 2002 it paid out $36 billion in dividends to share-holders.
How is all this money generated? The industry buys low and sells high. A course of some recent cancer drugs costs about $25,000. How much these actually cost to produce is anybody's guess, but judging from research published by the Life Extension Foundation, the margins are substantial. For example the active ingredient of the well known drug Prozac, which retailed for about $200 per 100 in 2003, actually cost 11 cents per 100.
The medical monopoly has prevented the general use of a number of advancements in medical science. Royal Raymond Rife's ray machine, which years ago in California was able to quickly cure terminal cancer patients with three-minute exposures to its "blue light," was one of them. These machines were declared illegal to use and confiscated out of physician's offices by the FDA because "experts," who neither examined nor tested the machines decreed they couldn't work. Danuel Haley's book Politics in Healing and my book Suppressed Science provide other examples.
It is necessary to protect the public from those who use dangerous medications, radiation and invasive procedures like surgery, the province of allopathic physicians. They need to be licensed. But people should be free to obtain healing services which are not so dangerous, from the competitors of these physicians. They may not need to be licensed if the therapies they practice are not dangerous. Licensed physicians should also be allowed to freely practice their art and not be limited by state medical boards to "approved therapies."
Multimillion dollar double-blind, placebo-controlled tests are required by the FDA before approval of new therapies. But some drugs, like Vioxx, kill a lot of people after they are found "safe and effective." These tests also provide an insurmountable hurdle to the introduction of any new therapy, however innocuous.
There are 45 million Americans who have no medical insurance and have difficulty getting care. For example, recently a part time student in Connecticut, without health insurance, went to a hospital complaining of difficulty walking. He was rushed through a series of tests, a CAT SCAN and a blood transfusion and presented with a bill for about $6,000 which he was unable to pay. His efforts to obtain additional, needed care were unsuccessful.
People with insurance cannot be assured of good medical care because insurance company employees are invading the province of medical professionals. They exercise the power of the purse and often decide that they will not pay for the medicines or the procedures that physicians prescribe. A physician friend recently prescribed a medication for a patient. The patient's insurance company refused to pay, suggesting a different medication the physician considered inappropriate. The patient, over the objections of the physician, opted to take only the medication that would be paid for by the insurance company.
The absence of competition has helped to create disastrous conditions in the medical care industry. The power exerted by the FDA, State medical review boards and the AMA needs to be substantially diminished.
Old laws need to be discarded or revised and new laws which
permit constructive competition to enter the medical market place
need to be enacted. Insurance companies must be confined to their
proper function and not allowed to engage in the practice of medicine
by Using the power of the purse. There is a lot for incumbent
politicians to accomplish before the next election. Judge their
fitness by their response to this challenge.

A determined medical scientist spent many years attempting to make the medical establishment aware of the importance of vitamin C. This substance, ascorbic acid, is present in our bodies as compounds called ascorbates. His research shows that we have within ourselves a remarkable system for fighting stress, toxins and disease vectors. Unfortunately, because we all have a genetic defect, it lacks an internal source of the needed ammunition.
Frederick Klenner, BS, MS, MD, whose studious works have been ignored for 60 years, called minimum daily requirements for vitamin C an "illegitimate child" co-fathered by the National Academy of Science and the National Research Council. He said it was a tragic error in judgement. It is a colossal blunder that has been responsible for an enormous amount of pain, disease, death and medical expense.
His article in the Journal of Nutrition (winter 1971) notes that the demand of our bodies for vitamin C or ascorbic acid go far beyond the scorbutic levels. He quotes the Department of Agriculture's 1939 Yearbook: "In fact even when there is not a single outward symptom of trouble a person may be in a state of vitamin C deficiency more dangerous than scurvy itself. When such a condition is not detected, and continues uncorrected, the teeth and bones will be damaged, and what may be even more serious, the blood stream is weakened to the point where it can no longer resist or fight infections not so easily cured as scurvy."
Klenner's list of factors affecting ascorbic acid needs include: age; habits - such as smoking and drinking; sleep, especially artificially induced sleep; trauma; kidney threshold; stress; season of the year; body chemistry; drugs; pesticides and body weight. Thus, a sick old woman in an apartment in New York can be expected to have different needs for ascorbic acid than a healthy young man on a farm in Iowas.
The pathological syndromes of genetic diseases like phenylketoneuria, galactosemia, and alkatoneuria, which are all caused by the failure of inactive or defective genes to produce important enzymes, affect some of us. But we all were born with hypoascorbemia, fir described and named by biochemist Irwin Stone. Our inability to produce the liver enzyme l-gulonolactone oxidase prevents us from making our own ascorbic acid. Most animals including dogs, cats, rats, lions and elephants are capable of internally satisfying their needs for this essential substance. A few like the primates, a fruit-eating bat and a guinea pig also lack this ability.
Lack of ascorbic acid causes scurvy, which ravaged crews of British naval vessels on long voyages. It resulted in extensive bleeding and general deterioration of the body. Autopsies disclosed conditions of the internal organs similar to those produced by cancer. Klenner suggested that intravenous megadoses of vitamin C, given in the form of sodium ascorbate, might reverse the cancer process. Some physicians, according to reports, have achieved positive results with this therapy which should be, but is not, part of the standards of Care. The British found citrus fruits a solution to scurvy.
The fact that demands for ascorbic acid are variable is clearly indicated by the experimentally determined ranges of production in animals capable of making their own. Dr. Klenner mentions the rat, whose normal, unstressed production, converted to the equivalent needs of a 150 pound man, amount to between 1.8 and 4 gams per day.
Applying this knowledge to the treatment of his obstetrical
patients, Klenner prescribed 4 to 15 grams of ascorbic acid per
day during gestation depending on need. During the last trimester
20% of them took 15 grams per day. A booster injection of 10 grams
(as sodium ascorbate) was given to 80% of them on entering the
hospital for delivery. The results were beneficial to the patients:
Women who had previously aborted multiple times, did not abort;
hemoglobin levels were easier to maintain; Leg cramps affected
less than 3% and were always associated with getting out of vitamin
C tablets; Labor was shorter and less painful; No postpartum hemorrhages
were encountered; No patient required catheterization; Infants
were all robust. Nurses called them "Vitamin C babies."

Despite experiences linking prescribed drugs to treat depression and other mental illnesses in children to more depression, obesity and a rise in suicides, the Food and Drug Administration is allowing more on the market.
The FDA has approved Risperdal, manufactured by Janssen LP of Titusville, N.J. for the treatment of schizophrenia in children ages 13-17 and for short-term treatment of bipolar disorder in ages 10-17.
Until now, there had been no FDA-approved drug for the treatment of schizophrenia in children and only lithium is approved for treatment of bipolar conditions in children ages 12 and up.
Approximately 2.4 million American adults, or about 1.1% of the population ages 18 and older in a given year have schizophrenia, according to the National Institutes of Health.
These drugs for mentally impaired children, known as SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) are supposed to maintain the brain chemical serotonin at appropriate levels but they have a horrible history of creating mass murderers (AFP April 23-30, 2007).
Authorities believe Cho Seung-Hui had been taking medication
for depression before killing 32 people and himself at Virginia
Tech last April. If his drug use is confirmed, it will bring the
total of known drug-induced killings to 61 Americans. Before the
mass killings at Virginia tech, at least 16 killers of school
children used these powerful psychotropic drugs, such as in the
Columbine High School killings in 1999. More than 44,000 adverse
reports have been filed against Prozac, citing 2,500 deaths -
mostly from suicides.
